The initial focus is on the quality and readiness of the course materials before they are used in a live classroom. The instructor feedback will focus on perceived readiness, material clarity, and logistical flow. Instructor feedback will be based on teachability. In other words, how easy is the course to navigate and deliver?

This phase of feedback shifts the focus to the practical application and delivery of the course content from instructors after they have delivered the course in a live classroom. The core purpose of this survey is to evaluate the actual performance and efficacy of the curriculum. We need to know: where learners struggled, where the timing was inappropriate, and which materials proved most effective during live instruction.
